Congratulations, Dorian Morris, founder/CEO of Undefined, a clean, conscious, and inclusive lifestyle brand at the intersection of beauty and wellness.
Even though we received more than 100 impressive applications for our TL Effect incubator program geared toward supporting female entrepreneurs of color, Morris and Undefined were absolute standouts. The mission of the three-year-old company to democratize wellness and destigmatize plant-based solutions (aka plant magic) all while “undefining” beauty standards and promoting inclusivity, is something ThirdLove is proud to support.
Designed to tackle and soothe the stress of daily life on our skin and mental health, Undefined products are non-toxic, solution-oriented, and made with medicinal and adaptogens like CBD. The current lineup includes the brand’s signature Glow Collection of tinctures, elixirs, bars, and bath soaks and the R&R Collection of cleansers, serums, mists, and creams.
According to Morris, the bottom line, Undefined creates easy-to-understand, plant-based solutions that work and people can afford.
Naturally, the Harvard Business School grad and self-admitted beauty junkie was beyond thrilled to learn she was named the third recipient of the TL Effect mentorship, including a $20,000 grant in collaboration with Felicis Ventures.

As a leader in the DTC space that has challenged the status quo by disrupting the bra category, Heidi and ThirdLove will help me build upon a strong foundation to take Undefined to new heights and break through the wellness space,” Morris said.
With deep expertise and leadership experience in skincare, wellness and cosmetics gained at brands like Covergirl Cosmetics, Kendo, Macy’s, and Prestige Innovations, it’s no surprise Morris has already built a successful business on her own. We’re excited to see where Undefined goes as ThirdLove helps it scale, expand its reach and broaden into new categories.
